Overview:
Seeking an experienced Concrete Plant Operator to support large-scale airfield paving projects.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain portable concrete batch plants
- Produce consistent, specification-compliant concrete mixes
- Monitor batching systems, moisture levels, and material quantities
- Coordinate production with paving crews and QC personnel
- Assist with plant setup, teardown, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety requirements
Qualifications:
- Concrete batch plant operating experience required
- Airfield paving experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of FAA specifications and concrete mix designs
- Experience with portable plants and computerized batching systems
- Willingness to travel as projects require
