Overview:
Growing concrete contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee field operations and manage projects from preconstruction through completion. This role will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from preconstruction through construction and closeout
- Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and related documents
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Supervise field personnel including foremen, crew members, and finishers
- Obtain necessary permits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead project meetings and maintain communication with project stakeholders
- Coordinate material orders and project logistics
- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company procedures
Requirements:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of plans, specifications, and project documentation
- Experience managing crews and coordinating subcontractors
- OSHA certification preferred or ability to obtain
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and organizational skills
