Overview:
Construction Company is seeking a Highway and Bridge Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process contract documents.
- Help prepare and issue subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain contract documents and shop drawings.
- Help prepare change order requests for client approval.
- Coordinate cost estimates with the project estimator or subcontractor.
- Help prepare, monitor, and update the project schedule.
- Analyze and report project costs.
- Help prepare project closeout.
- Help create the project punch list and ensure all items are completed on time.
- Help with quality control, including preparation meetings and final inspections.
- Prepare, review, and submit documents.
Requirements:
- Prior PM experience preferred.
- Prior field construction experience preferred.
- Experience in either highway or bridge construction.
- 2-4 Year post-secondary degree preferred.
