Family owned and operated demolition firm performing work throughout GA, AL, & FL seeks successor for their Operations Manager who is coming up on retirement. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Superintendent who is looking to take the next step in their career, the candidate will be responsible for the direct management, safety, and oversight of the entire field staff and dispatch.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of Experience in the Abatement/Demolition Industry
- Streamline all Field Operations, Project Development, Vendor Sourcing, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Manage Workforce, Heavy Equipment, and Fleet Vehicles
- In Charge of Safety Enforcement & Quality Control
- Proven Experience with Process Improvement
- Report Production & Performance to all Levels of Team
