Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for all plant operations, production, and safety performance.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily production activities to meet quality, efficiency, and cost targets.
- Lead and mentor operations, maintenance, and safety teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor equipment utilization and drive continuous improvement.
- Review performance metrics and report results to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Engineering or related field a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in mining, aggregates, or manufacturing operations.
- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of plant processes, production planning, and equipment utilization.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
