Overview:
Paving Company is seeking an Asphalt Paving Foreman to oversee construction projects.
Requirements:
- Proven success as a job Foreman, in a DOT or heavy highway environment.
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork focused.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly while applying critical thinking.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work and project schedules.
- Current OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid, and Work Zone Safety certifications preferred.
