Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Division Manager to oversee our dedicated team of 10 crews engaged in asphalt paving and grading. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily operations of asphalt paving and grading crews.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution for various projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
- Monitor budgetary performance and resource allocation.
- Lead training and development initiatives for crew members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in asphalt paving and grading, with a minimum of 15 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
