Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Asphalt Paving Superintendent to lead multiple paving crews and foremen on municipal, county, and state paving projects across Missouri. This leadership role is critical to ensuring high-quality, on-time project delivery in compliance with safety and DOT standards. Experience with Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) projects is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of multiple asphalt paving crews.
- Oversee project scheduling, quality control, and job site safety.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with MoDOT specifications and other applicable regulations.
- Track project progress and maintain daily reports.
- Train and mentor foremen and crew members.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in asphalt paving, including supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of municipal, county, and state paving standards.
- Prior experience with MoDOT projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously.
