Scope:
The Project Manager role involves overseeing projects in Asphalt Paving and Heavy Highway construction, specifically focusing on projects associated with ALDOT (Alabama Department of Transportation), State, and Municipal entities.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving and Heavy Highway construction.
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Senior Project Management role within Asphalt Paving and Heavy Highway construction.
- Strong experience working with ALDOT projects, possessing an in-depth understanding of ALDOT specifications, regulations, and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Asphalt Paving and Heavy Highway construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
- Coordinate with ALDOT, State, and Municipal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams and subcontractors.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
