Overview:
Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing asphalt producer and paving contractor seeking a Vice President – Asphalt Division to lead and accelerate the next phase of growth.
The company operates multiple asphalt plants, three paving crews, and two milling crews, and has a clear vision of becoming a best-in-class asphalt producer and paving contractor. This executive leadership role will have full responsibility for the division’s operational performance, profitability, safety, quality, customer relationships, and strategic growth initiatives.
The Vice President will lead all aspects of asphalt production, paving, milling, equipment management, project execution, and workforce development while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building a world-class asphalt division recognized for safety, quality, efficiency, customer service, and financial performance.

- Oversee capital planning, equipment utilization, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to ensure operational and financial success.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify and execute growth opportunities, acquisitions, and market expansion initiatives.
