Overview:
A Large Metal Recycling Operation seeks an industry experienced Assistant Facility Manager to oversee the daily fast-paced operations of their yard and warehouse in the Midwest.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all Ferrous, Non Ferrous, Dispatch & Maintenance Teams
- Employee Supervision including Hiring & Discipline (50+)
- Maintains Good Industrial & Retail Customer Relations
- Oversees Equipment/Building Maintenance & Purchasing
- Ensures Environmental & Safety Regulation Compliance
- Ability to Grade & Price Scrap
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Metals Recycling Industry Supervisory/Management Experience
- Strong Background in Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Pricing, Grading & Processing is a MUST
- Industrial Account Management Experience a PLUS
- Excellent Communication, Decision-making & Leaderships Skills REQUIRED
