Overview:
Privately-held Metal Recycling Company seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all plant & equipment maintenance activities. The position will be responsible for leading the maintenance team through preventative maintenance, trouble-shooting and breakdowns/repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating & Planning Maintenance Tasks
- Development & Implementation of Maintenance Practices
- Training & Evaluation of New Maintenance Employees
- Collaboration with Operations & Management Teams
- Daily Activity Reporting
- Participation in Planning Meetings & Activities
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Metals Recycling / Heavy Industrial Maintenance Experience
- 2+ Years Supervisory Experience
- Hands-on Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Experience
- Knowledgeable in Processing & Heavy Mobile Equipment
- Hands-On Management Approach is a MUST
