Responsibilities:
- Supervise a Team of 10+ Employees
- Scheduling Shipments
- Inventory Control
- Safety Program Management & Implementation
- Hiring, Training & Disciplining Staff
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Metal Recycling Industry Experience
- 2+ Years of Leadership Experience
- Hands-on Leader with Strong Communication Skillset
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- Experienced with Process Analysis & Improvement
