Large Metal Recycling Company seeks a Shredder Manager to oversee the production and maintenance of the shredder.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Day-to-Day Operations, Maintenance & Staff
- Production Planning, Scheduling & Reporting
- Responsible for Equipment & Safety Training
- Hands-on Shredder Maintenance & Operation
- Spare Parts Inventory Management
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Shredder Operations & Maintenance Experience
- 3+ Years Metals Recycling Supervisor Experience
- Hands-on Heavy Equipment Maintenance Background Preferred
- Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
