Overview:
Metals Recycling Company in the Northeast seeks an experienced Yard Manager to oversee the daily ferrous & non-ferrous operations of the yard.
Responsibilities:
- Manages Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Yard Production, Maintenance & Staff
- Responsible for Scheduling Maintenance Repairs & Downtime
- Inventory Management & Sales Forecasting Responsibility
- Effectively Hires, Trains, Develops & Motivates a Productive Team
- Directs Inbound / Outbound Flows
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years Metal Recycling Management Experience
- Knowledgeable in Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Scrap Metal Grades & Processing
- Heavy Mobile Equipment Operation Experience
- Hands-On Management Approach
