Large Construction Materials Producer seeks an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee 3 shops. This position will manage all aspects of preventative maintenance and repairs for 200+ pieces.
Scope:
- 80+ Ready Mix Trucks
- 40+ Dump Trucks
- 30 Pieces – Yellow Iron
- 50 Misc. Light Duty Trucks & Equipment
Requirements:
- 10+ Years Fleet / Shop Maintenance Experience (Heavy Equipment / Fleet)
- 5+ Years Shop / Fleet Management
- Strong Manager of Mechanics
- Vendor Management / Parts & Inventory Management
- Ready Mix / Aggregates Industry Highly Preferred
