Overview:
A leading Ready Mix Concrete producer is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations across 3–5 plants and a fleet of 40 mixers. This senior leadership role will have full responsibility for regional performance, including Operations, Maintenance, Quality Control, Sales, and Dispatch.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of regional operations.
- Ensure efficient plant and fleet performance, safety, and compliance standards.
- Drive customer satisfaction through quality, service, and reliability.
- Oversee and develop management teams across departments.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in the Ready Mix Concrete industry.
- Proven leadership in multi-plant operations, team development, and customer relations.
- Strong operational, financial, and business acumen.
