Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee 3 Ready Mix plants and lead all aspects of operations, sales support, quality, and performance. This position works closely with and assists the President in strategic planning, business development, and overall company leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of 3 Ready Mix plants
- Support the President with Sales, Operations, Quality Control, Business Development, and Fleet & Plant Maintenance
- Lead plant managers, dispatch, and operational teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, customer service, production, and delivery performance
- Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Ready Mix industry experience required
- Proven leadership experience in plant operations or multi-site management
- Strong business, operational, and communication skills
