- Oversee daily operations of 4 ready-mix plants and a fleet of 40 mixers
- Report directly to the Vice President
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager, Dispatch Manager, and QC Manager
- Lead, mentor, and manage plant personnel to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Optimize production, equipment utilization, and plant performance
- Oversee maintenance planning and ensure equipment reliability
- Maintain strict compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Support customer service goals through coordination with dispatch and sales
- Drive continuous improvement across operations
- Minimum 5+ years of Ready Mix Plant / Operations Management experience required
