Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Concrete Plant Maintenance & Construction Manager to lead all aspects of plant maintenance and the construction of new Ready Mix facilities. This critical role will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage capital improvement projects, and ensure the successful execution of new plant construction from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and repair of all fixed and mobile equipment across multiple Ready Mix plants.
- Lead the planning and execution of new plant construction and major equipment installations.
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure plant reliability and efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate contractors, maintenance teams, and construction crews.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ready Mix plant maintenance, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Proven experience in plant construction or major capital project management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a focus on safety and uptime.
