Requirements:
- Ready mix concrete sales experience required
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage customer accounts
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of the Florida construction market preferred
