Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee all aspects of Quality Control and Technical Services for their Ready Mix Concrete operations in Florida. This role will manage and support technical staff across 10+ plants producing over 1 million tons per year of Ready Mix Concrete. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality, managing mix designs, overseeing testing programs, troubleshooting field performance issues, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Quality Control and Technical Services within the Ready Mix Concrete Industry
- Strong knowledge of mix design, testing procedures, and industry regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
