Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced executive to lead its entire Ready Mix business unit in a highly desirable coastal market in the Southeastern United States.
Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this role will have full P&L responsibility and oversight of all operations, sales, quality, safety, and business performance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with the ability to strengthen existing operations and drive growth through acquisitions and greenfield plant development.
Significant Ready Mix leadership experience is required. Bilingual capabilities are a major plus.
