Overview:
Regional Site Contractor located on the East Coast (Southeast Coastal Location) seeks an experienced Senior Estimator. This position will report to the Estimating Division Manager.
Typical project size is $5M to $20M+.
Responsibilities:
- Proposal Preparation / Bid Package Submittal / Project Award & Setup / Change Order Preparation
- Communicate all Project Information and Necessary Documentation
- Visit Project Sites as Necessary for Bid Preparation
- Prepare Bid Packets including Required Paperwork
- Communicate all Project Information and Necessary Documentation with Vice President, Division Manager, Equipment Manager, Superintendents, Foreman and all Internal Personnel
- Work involves Sitting, Walking or Standing for Extended Periods of Time
- Must be able to Lift and/or Carry Weights of Five to Fifty Pounds
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Preferred
- 5+ Years Sitework Construction Experience
- Proficient in Bid2Win, AutoCAD, Terramodel / Paydirt and other Software as Needed
- Solid Math and Science Skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
