Overview:
AISC Certified Steel Fabricator Seeks an Experienced Operations Manager to Lead & Coordinate Daily Operations within our Steel Fabrication Facility. This Role is Responsible for Aligning Project Execution, Production, Quality & Scheduling to Ensure Projects are Delivered Safely, On time & within Budget.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Day-to-Day Shop Operations, Ensuring Workflow Alignment between Departments
- Identify Operational Bottlenecks & Opportunities for Improvement; Collaborate with Leadership & Shop Teams to Implement Solutions
- Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards, Quality Requirements & Company Policies
- Support Production Planning, Labor Allocation & Resource Utilization
- Communicate Effectively with Internal Teams & Leadership to Provide Updates on Production Status & Operational Performance
Requirements:
- 10+ Years Steel Fabrication Industry Experience of Experience
- Ability to Interpret Fabrication Drawings, Project Schedules & Production Metrics
- Excellent Leadership, Communication & Organizational Skills
- Proficient with Tekla EPM a plus
