Overview:
Steel fabricator & erector specializing in misc. steel, stairs, handrails & all types of steel fabrication including light structural steel seeks an experienced production manager.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the production & operation teams producing stairs, handrails & misc. steel items
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams & personnel
- Schedule production orders from customers
- Inspect all materials & equipment to detect fabrication errors
- Adhere to all safety policies & procedures
- Order materials & hardware for fabrication of projects
- Schedule deliveries of materials with site installation crews
Requirements:
- 5 + Years Steel Fabrication Industry Experience
- Knowledge of production tools & equipment
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
