Overview:
The Engineer III plays a key role in driving technical excellence and operational improvements across the facility. This position is responsible for developing and redefining engineering procedures, leading data collection and analysis efforts, and conducting technical studies in support of capital expenditure (CapEx) projects. The Engineer III also contributes to process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.
With three direct reports, this role provides leadership within the engineering team and acts as a liaison between employees, contractors, and cross-functional teams across all organizational levels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and refine engineering procedures and standards.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to support operational decisions.
- Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies for CapEx projects.
- Support and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with employees, contractors, and stakeholders to align engineering solutions with business goals.
