Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee projects, manage crews, and uphold our high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and implement construction plans.
- Enforce safety policies and practices.
- Coordinate with managers, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Lead and manage crews to ensure timely, quality project completion.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Superintendent experience.
- 3+ years of DOT experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and implement construction drawings.
- Comfortable with technology (phones, tablets, email).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
