Overview:
A recognized leader in Site Development and Demolition, is actively seeking a Foreman to spearhead field operations on multiple job sites across the Mid-Atlantic. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise, vision, and attention to detail will directly shape the success of the projects involved.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Experience in the demolition Industry
- Supervise Multiple crews, building a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance
- Identify operational improvements and help drive process efficiencies in the field
- Conduct and lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and ensure safety compliance is a top priority
- Oversee equipment use and logistics
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Deep knowledge of job site safety and regulatory compliance
