Overview:
Established Demolition contractor out of the Pacific-Northwest seeks seasoned Estimator/PM for continued growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, managing the bidding process, and overseeing projects from proposal to completion. This position plays a vital role in ensuring profitability, accuracy, and client satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- 5+ Years Experience Bidding & Managing Demolition Projects
- Prepare Detailed & Accurate Cost Estimates in Alignment with Company Standards and Client Requirements
- -Oversee Job Cost Tracking, Monitoring Expenses and Ensuring Projects Remain within Approved Budgets
- -Manage and Process Change Orders, Including Documentation
- Collaborate with Field & Operations Team
- Proven Application of all Phases of Demolition from Interior/Selective to Total Demolition
- Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, and OST preferred
