The Estimator will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, managing the bidding process, and overseeing projects from proposal to completion. This position plays a vital role in ensuring profitability, accuracy, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to integrity and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Experience Estimating, and Managing Structural Demolition Projects over $1 Million
- Attend Pre-Bid Meetings and Assess Projects for New Business Opportunities
- Develop & Execute Plan of Action on all Projects – Scheduling, Resources, Safety Requirements
- Ability to Analyze and Interpret Reports, Plans and Legal Documents
- Generate, Maintain, and Update Project Schedules
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management is Preferred or Equivalent Experience
- Collaborative Approach with a Proactive Attitude Toward Continuous Improvements
- Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam, B2W, Adobe or AutoCAD
