An industry leading Demolition & Remediation contractor out of the New England region is looking for someone to standardize their field execution practices, promote consistency, and operational excellence. The Director is accountable for safe, compliant, and productive execution on every active job site – the means and methods, the crews/equipment, sequencing, and the field leadership pipeline
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of Experience in the Abatement/Demolition Industry
- Streamline all Field Operations, Project Development, Vendor Sourcing, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Manage Workforce, Heavy Equipment, and Fleet Vehicles
- In Charge of Safety Enforcement & Quality Control
- Proven Experience with Process Improvement
- Report Production & Performance to all Levels of Team
