A turnkey demolition contactor out of the DFW area seeks an experienced Estimator/PM to bid and manage Abatement, Selective and Structural Demolition work throughout the entire state. This opportunity offers an exciting/high growth environment and would require regional travel.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Experience Bidding & Managing Demolition Projects
- Prepare Detailed & Accurate Cost Estimates in Alignment with Company Standards and Client Requirements
- Oversee Job Cost Tracking, Monitoring Expenses and Ensuring Projects Remain within Approved Budgets
- Manage and Process Change Orders, Including Documentation
- Collaborate with Field & Operations Team
- Proven Application of Structural Demolition
- Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, and OST preferred
