Overview:
Demolition Estimator/PM needed to support public and private projects throughout the northeast. Candidates will plan, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure goals of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Additional information is available for qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management
- 5+ Years of Demolition Estimating Experience
- Demonstrated Ability to Work within a Team Setting
- Seek out/Complete Bid Opportunities Though Client Relationships and Networking
- Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office Experience is a Plus
