Overview:
A General Contractor specializing in Sitework is actively seeking a dedicated Superintendent with a proven track record in Pipe & Grading Work. As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee projects from inception to conclusion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience at the Superintendent level within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in managing multiple crews concurrently, ensuring seamless coordination and project execution.
- Proven ability to oversee projects ranging from 2 to 50 acres, with a focus on pipe and grading work.
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating and guiding teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective collaboration with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members.
- Commitment to upholding safety protocols and standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
