Overview:
A leading Bridge Contractor seeks an experienced Bridge Foreman to join their crew. The ideal candidate would have Heavy Highway Bridge Experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in heavy highway bridge construction required.
- Ability to read construction plans and work collaboratively.
- Ensure crew and public safety, following all safety protocols.
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers.
- Lead and assist in all aspects of bridge construction.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and labor.
- Conduct safety meetings and employee development.
- Track production and ensure adherence to company standards.
