Overview:
Seeking an experienced Bridge Superintendent to oversee multiple crews across various projects. This role is responsible for managing field operations, ensuring safety, maintaining productivity, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Requirements:
- Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for multiple crews
- Plan, Schedule, and allocate resources
- Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards / Environmental Regulations
- Serve as the Primary Point of Contact for all Project Personnel
- Conduct Regular Site Safety Meetings & Inspections
- Maintain Daily Reports / Time Records / Material Logs
- Proven Ability to Manage Multiple Crews
