A turnkey demolition contractor out of Southeast PA seeks an experienced Estimator to bid Abatement work (Asbestos, PCBs, Mercury, & Freon). This opportunity offers an exciting/high growth environment and would require regional travel. Qualified candidates can reach out in strict confidence via email or phone.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Estimating Abatement & Environmental Remediation Contracts
- Attend Project Pre-Bid Meetings & Assess Projects for New Business Opportunities
- Demonstrated experience writing successful proposals, work plans and estimates
- Experience and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Constant productive interface with the customer i.e., general contractor or owner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical writing experience
