Overview:
As the Estimator/Project Manager you must possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, show attention to detail, and – most importantly – believe in a team- oriented approach. Candidates will be responsible for the overall management of projects from bid preparation through final acceptance by client.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Experience in Demolition/Abatement Estimating Role
- Build Quantity Take-Offs for Complex and Large Scale ACM Abatement Projects
- Manage Financial Aspects of Contracts (i.e fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses)
- Continually Evaluate Project Processes to Meet or Exceed Customer Expectations
- Must Maintain Working Knowledge of Appliable Industry Regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word) and Accounting/Estimating Software
