Overview:
Mid-West based Demolition firm seeks Business Development Manager to identify, establish, and cultivate connections with new clients and foster long term relations to drive business growth. The BD Manager will ensure continuous communication with clients through the project lifecycle and beyond completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of Experience in Business Development – Preferably in Demolition and/or Environmental Remediation
- Develop & Execute Sales Strategies to Achieve Growth
- Identify Potential Clients while Establishing and Nurturing Professional Relationships
- Attend Bid Site Visits and Oversee the Proposal Process, Including Negotiations – Assist with Takeoffs & Estimations
- Analyze Client Feedback and Market Research to Continuously Refine Business Development Strategies
- Contacts in the A/E/C Industry is a Plus
