Texas based company seeks skilled and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to accurately assess the costs and resources required for projects throughout the state/region. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of demolition practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of Experience in Demolition Estimating Role
- Mentor & Train Junior Estimators – Manage all Aspects of the Bidding Process
- Proven Success in Establishing & Expanding a Book of Business
- Build Quantity Take-Offs for Complex and Large Scale Demolition Projects
- Competence to Lead and Delegate Responsibilities
- Continually Evaluate Project Processes to Meet or Exceed Customer Expectations
