Overview:
Established Demolition & Excavation contractor out of the Bay Area seeks Senior Estimator to support its rapid business growth. As the leader of the Preconstruction/Estimating team, the Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages for both public and private sector construction projects, as well as selecting new bid pursuits. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management Preferred
- 10+ Years of Experience in Estimating Leadership
- Prepare Budgets, Estimates, and Pre-Bid Packages for Public & Private Sector Projects – Up to $10M
- Manage Estimating Department – Provide Leadership and Direction Related to Means and Methods
- Demonstrated Ability to Work within a Team Setting
- HCSS, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project Experience is a Plus
