Requirements:
- 10+ Years of Demolition Estimating Experience
- Experience Bidding Large Scale Commercial, Industrial, Heavy Civil, and Implosions
- Manage, Mentor, and Train Junior Estimators
- Earn Customers Respect & Trust
- Establish a Comprehensive Schedule and Specifications for Proposals
- Continually Evaluate and Evolve Project Processes
- Competence to Lead and Delegate Responsibilities
- Experience with Bid2Win & HCSS HeavyBid is a Plus
