Overview:
Mid Atlantic based demolition contractor seeks dynamic Executive with ten plus years of experience managing a mid to large size company, preferably in the remediation and/or demolition space. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is second in command, reporting to the CEO, and will lead a team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and successful.
Requirements:
- Five to Ten Years of Experience in Executive Leadership
- Extensive Experience in Abatement & Demolition
- Collaborate with CEO in Setting and Driving Organizational Vision, Strategies, Policies & Procedures
- Ensure Effective Recruiting, Onboarding, Professional Development, Performance Management, and Retention
- Build and Maintain Relationships with Key Customers, Clients, Partners, and Stakeholders
- Solid Grasp of Data Analysis and Performance Metrics
- Ability to Diagnose Problems Quickly and Forsee Potential Issues
