Overview:
As Chief Project Manager your duties are to plan, oversee, correspond, and document all aspects of the assigned projects through execution and utilization of all Project Managers under your supervision. This candidate will take a proactive approach to head off problems and maintain a professional demeanor
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of Management Experience in Demolition
- Delegate Tasks to Project Managers & Project Engineers
- Obtain and Review Estimators Worksheet/Proposals and Compare with Proposed Contract Scope of Work
- Verify and Review the Project(s) Progress and Schedule(s)
- Oversee Dispatch, Mobilization & Trucking
- Schedule and Conduct Safety Trainings
- Upon Project Completion Gather and Prepare Prescribed “Close Out” Documents
