Overview:
Family owned and operated Demolition contractor out of the Chicago market has an immediate need for a Division Manager to help oversee all day to day operations. Areas of expertise include but not limited to Total Building Demolition of Commercial/Industrial Structures, Selective/T.I, & Heavy Civil/Bridge Demolition.
Requirements:
- 10 to 15 Years of Management in Demolition
- Liaison between Field and President – Serve as the First Point of Contact for Superintendents and Dispatch Needs
- Established Relationships with Clientele, Vendors, and Sub-Contractors
- Conduct Field Visits and Inspect for Productivity and Safety
- Oversee Schedules, Mobilizations, & Trucking
- Assist with Change Order Reviews
- Schedule and Conduct Monthly Safety Trainings
