A premier Demolition and Remediation firm performing work throughout the state of FL is looking for a successor for their current Abatement Division Manager who is coming up on retirement. If you’re a Senior Estimator/PM looking to take the next step in your career reach out to learn more about this exciting opportunity, the abatement operations is currently producing $5M a year.
Requirements:
- 10 Years of Experience in the Abatement Industry (Asbestos, Lead, & Mold)
- Experience Managing a Division/Branch Office Preferred
- Demonstrated Experience Estimating and Managing Mid to Large Scale Projects
- Staff the Division as Appropriate
- Integrate Processes/Practices that Drives Business Development
- Represent Company in Project Meetings and Attend Strategy Meetings
- Ensure that Projects are Executed with Excellence and the Highest Safety Standards
- Strong Organizational, Communication & Negotiation Skillset
