Overview:
Established demolition contractor seeks mid to senior level Estimator for continued growth in the organization. They perform Selective and Structural demolition services throughout the Mid-West, Mid-Atlantic, & Southeast. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical & communication skill along with a solid understanding of all demolition practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Experience Bidding & Estimating Demolition Projects
- Seek Out Bid Opportunities Through Client Relationships
- Participate in Training to Keep Knowledge of Demolition Methods, Environmental and Safety Regulations Current
- Collaborate with Project Management & Operations Team
- Proven Application of all Phases of Demolition from Interior/Selective to Total Demolition
- Detail Oriented – Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
