Overview:
Seeking a determined, disciplined, and motivated Demolition Estimator who wants to help build something meaningful. This role is designed for someone who takes ownership, learns quickly, asks strong questions, and brings a reliable, problem-solving mindset to each pursuit. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Equivalent Industry experience
- Prepare accurate, competitive, and executable estimates for Selective & Structural demolition
- Evaluate salvage, scrap/recycling, and material recovery opportunities
- Assist with demolition sequencing, logistics, & production assumptions with Operations
- Assist with project handoff after award
- Working knowledge of demolition means and methods, labor and equipment productivity
- Experience with HCSS HeavyBid Preferred
