Overview:
A turnkey demolition contractor out of the Mid-Atlantic seeks an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to bid and oversee Abatement, Selective Demolition, & Concrete Cutting work throughout central Virginia. This opportunity offers an exciting/high growth environment and would require regional travel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management Preferred
- 5+ Years of Demolition Estimating Experience
- Demonstrated Ability to Work within a Team Setting
- Seek Out/Complete Bid Opportunities Through Client Relationships and Networking
- Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
